You could call 2015 the year of Hello Kitty.
The iconic white, mouthless cat is celebrating her 40th anniversary this
year, and fandom has reached a fever pitch.
The folks at Sanrio are feeding the demand for the much-loved character with
more and more offerings around the world.

west coast across the country.

friends on stage, while VIP packages guarantee you a photo opp with HK
herself.
Hello Kitty Cafe

If the food truck at the first-ever Hello Kitty Con gathering
in Los Angeles was any delicious indication, Americans can’t get enough
of HK cake pops and donuts.
The rolling cafe is currently touring the country and will reportedly land
sometime soon in Orange County, Calif.
Meantime, there’s a cafe in Seoul, Korea serving
up mouthwatering mousse cakes.
